We came across this lamp awhile
back. The bones were great but the style - not so much. Working with Chalk Paint®
and Artisan Enhancement products we transformed it from a shiny glass lamp into
one that looks much like cement.
The Before
The during - here the first coat of Fine Stone has been applied to the lamp. Let throughly dry before going on to the next step which was Crackle Tex and then Old White Chalk Paint® using a pull off technique.
And, the After! Several steps were used in this transformation, Chalk Paint® colors were Country Grey and Old White, Artisan Enhancement Fine Stone, Crackle Tex, final step was Soft Clear Wax then Soft Dark Wax.
It looks very much like stone!
